Zdravei,Marko!Hi everyone on this board! I just found this website through looking in google.com under key words "Marko Pogacnik".It's wanderful, that Marko has a website! I am a Bulgarian, living in the capital of Czech Republic-Prague,where Marko has had some seminars and workshops and exploration of the geomantic structures in the city.I have been only on one lecture about 2 weeks ago,but I know about his work from his books, wich are translated in Czech and very popular in the spiritual circles here. His name is highly respected in the anthroposophical groups and the circles around the Waldorf schools in Czech, with wich I am closest(my wife is Czech and Waldorf teacher). Yesterday I saw the film for Marko Pogacnik wich was made for second channel of Czech National Television.I didn't see the actual broadcasting, but friends recorderd on video and I saw the record.Wanderful!!!Magnificent!!!It's so nice, when you can see such people in the national media, the film was made very inteligently...I took out some pictures from the movie through my computer so I have them in jpg-format.If you suggest a web-place where I cand send them,I will do it,so you can see them also. On his lecture in Prague Marko spoke very important things about the recent catastrophical floods, damaged Czech Republic and Central Europe, particularly he spoke about Prague of course, where was the seminar.I don't know if the rest of the world took the real picture of the tragedy(most of the stuff on CNN was about the poor shut elephant from the Prague zoo, ignoring the hundreds and thowsends of people, who who were affected or lost their homes),but the meaning of the floods(triple in some areas of South Czech)in the consciousness of the people around here could be compaired with 911 on the american people.Everyone just realised how gentle is the border of patience of the Mother Nature and how temporary the material things are and how powerless we are when everything that happen...Marko spoke about the center of the water elementary beings in the river Vltava, passing Prague, with who he had a "conversation"before the flood and he received their messege how separated their world is from the world of the humans and how we live in our ilusions. So further he spoke that he comprehand the flood as a gesture of hug from the side of the river beings towards the man, wich in the conditions of our complete blokage and ignorance to the other forms of consciousness took the form of catastrophy for our world.Such a wise words!Especially after all the noise in the local media about who was guilty, why the whether forecast guys knew nothing about the river- level-daily-forecast and so on and on... Everyone in the room was listening carefully in complete silence... Anyway,I should go.I just wanted to say what association cause in me the name Marko. It's rare name in my native country Bulgaria(our language is similar to Slovenian)and for me is connected(beside the name of one of the Gospel's authors,of course) with the name of the legendary bulgarian hero Marko Kraleviti who comes on his horse when there come the worst times for the bulgarian people... And Pogachnik?Pogacha is a nice old word in Bulgarian meaning a round loaf of bread, nowaday used mostly for the home-made ritual breads for Christmas,Easter and other celebrations.Nice, isn't it?Even I think in some southern bulgarian dialekts they use the same word-pogachnik! Peace and Love from Prague!I hope to be a regular visitor of this bord.
